There comes a point when success stops feeling the way you expected.
The goals are achieved. The business is working. Yet internally, something feels unsettled.
In my conversation with Phil Rose on Sparks by Ignium, we explored why this experience is not failure — it’s a developmental threshold.
Many leaders build success from ambition, drive, and relentless focus. But over time, the very mindset that created results can begin to limit growth. What once fueled expansion can start to feel constraining.
This is often the moment when leaders question time, money, and meaning. We’ve been taught they compete with one another — that more requires sacrifice. But in truth, both reflect our level of consciousness. When we shift from scarcity to a more integrated understanding of abundance, leadership changes. Life changes. We experience fulfillment over emptiness.
Feeling restless or stuck is not a sign that something is wrong. It may be a signal that you are evolving.
Below you’ll find resources referenced in the episode, including the Leader’s Edge Quiz, designed to help you identify your current stage of development and what your next level may be asking of you. You’re also welcome to schedule a Discovery Call if you’d like to explore this work more personally.
Success is not the end goal.
Growth is.
